These paired nostril piercings belong to one of my favorite clients with exquisite taste. These piercings are fully healed and sport an amazing pair of white opal cabochons that were anodized (in house) a rose gold tone. 

Notice how these piercings lay perfectly parallel with the tissue on her nostrils. This ensured that the jewelry would not irritate her nose during the healing process. If irritation does occur, it can lead to unsightly bumps and redness around the piercing site.

These piercings are difficult to perform and take skill to ensure that they are pierced level and look even. Nostril anatomy is not always even on each side and takes a special time to make sure they come out perfect. For these reasons, we always recommend to research your piercer and to check out portfolios to see examples of past work.

From Monday June 8th to Saturday June 13th, I will be attending the Association of Professional Piercers Annual Conference and Classy Body Art will be closed. We will re-open on Monday June 15th.

I attend the APP conference every year so that I can continue my education and be up to date on the most current information on health and safety relating to body piercing and  jewelry. My clients deserve the best, so I spend much of my time learning new techniques from other experienced body piercers so that I can improve my skills. I also get a sneak peek at new jewelry designs and innovations. I always return with plenty of  amazing pieces.

I am so blessed to have such a loyal and supportive clientele. I know many of you choose me because of my commitment to following the APP standards and lifelong learning.
